I advise clients on a wide range of IT issues. Recent work has included drafting website terms and conditions, privacy policies, software licences and/or development agreements, software maintenance agreements, hosting agreements, terms of conditions for supply, website content licences, website design and development agreements and much more.
I also advise clients on complying with the legal requirements of trading online and managing the risk that such online activity entails. In other words, I advise on all aspects of “website law” and “internet law”.
